These terms cover this website and the early-access list. They do not cover the Navaraq product, because it does not exist yet — that will have its own agreement when it launches.
Last updated 14 September 2026
This website is operated by Reign OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under registry code 17475902. "Navaraq", "we" and "us" mean that company. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not, please stop using it.
This is the single most important thing on this page, so it is not buried further down: Navaraq is not a live product. It is being built. No service is currently offered, sold or provided to anyone.
Which means, specifically:
Submitting the early-access form asks to be added to a list. It is not an order, a purchase, a booking, a subscription or a contract, and it gives you no entitlement to receive access, to receive it before anyone else, or to receive it at all. We decide who to onboard and in what order, and we may decline anyone.
You agree that the details you submit are accurate and are yours to give, and that you will not sign up on someone else's behalf without their knowledge. We may remove any entry from the list at any time.
What we do commit to: we will only email you about Navaraq early access, every message will carry a one-click unsubscribe, and your details are handled as described in the privacy policy.
The prices on the pricing section are indicative. They are what we currently intend to launch with, expressed per property per month in US dollars, exclusive of VAT and any other applicable tax. They are not an offer, and they may change before launch.
Nobody is charged anything through this site. There is no payment mechanism on it. If and when charging begins, it will require you to choose a plan and agree to a separate subscription agreement first, and the price will be the price stated at that point — not the price on this page today.
The early-access period is described as free. We mean that: early-access participants will not be charged during it. We do not commit to how long it lasts, and we may end it, with reasonable notice to anyone taking part.
You may read it, share links to it, and quote it fairly. You may not: copy its design, text or images for a competing product; scrape it systematically; submit false or automated form entries; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or its underlying infrastructure; or use it in any way that breaks the law.
The Navaraq name, logo, site design, text and imagery belong to Reign OÜ or are used under licence. Nothing on this site grants you any licence to them beyond ordinary reading and linking. Third-party names and marks that may appear here belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify them.
This site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care over what we publish, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or current, that it will be available uninterrupted, or that it is free of errors. It is marketing material for a product under development, and it should not be relied on as the basis for any business decision, investment or commitment.
To the fullest extent Estonian law permits, Reign OÜ is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability where the law does not allow it to be limited or excluded — in particular for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for intentional misconduct or gross negligence, or for any statutory right you have as a consumer.
We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of the page shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. Changes are not applied retroactively to anything that has already happened.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes that cannot be settled between us go to Harju County Court in Tallinn.
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, or of your right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
